Each of us wants to develop new skills, earn more money, and be more successful, less stressful with the desire to be happy.

This retreat suggests that 'the self' cannot be grown, developed or added to. You don't need to! You only need to undo, unknow and reveal!

During the retreat by invoking silence you are invited to discover:

1.    Unlocking the limitless potential of your SELF

2.    Discover that just below the surface of our thoughts and emotions, there is a clear and peaceful mind and heart that offer creative and clear directions

3.    Learning to deepen this process of silent meditation in a group is easier than meditating alone, as the collective resonance enhances the experience. Join us and access your true potential.

This retreat is to unlearn the most important person in your life – YOU.

What to Expect:

  • Device-free digital detox

  • Meditation

  • Ayurvedic Vegetarian meals

  • Yogic Breathing Exercises

Restorative Yoga and Mandala Art Workshop- All levels welcome

The most effective way to a relaxed state of mind is through Art and Yoga.

When your life’s racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga is a practice that’s all about slowing down and opening your body through stretching. The fundamental principle of yoga is that your body and mind are connected, so when one combines art with yoga stress hormones are reduced and the mind is guided through meditation that becomes a healing force for the body as well as the mind.

Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life

–Pablo Picasso.

Part 1:

Experience a stress releasing workshop beginning with a restorative yoga flow, which provides a calming state of mind, body, and spirit. Closing with a soothing and serene savasana transition to the next portion of the workshop.

45 minutes. Restorative Yoga Practice

Bring your own mat, pillow, water and blanket

Part 2:

The workshop will continue with a mandala painting putting you in “the zone” helping to take your mind off of daily struggles and issues, lowering your blood pressure, pulse and breathing rate, and allowing you to be in the present moment. You’ll have a beautiful piece of art to bring home to reflect upon. All supplies provided.
